SEATTLE – January 25, 2022 – Berkadia today announced the sale of The Martine, a 67-unit garden-style multifamily housing property in Bellevue, Washington. Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis, Senior Directors David Sorensen and Ben Johnson and Associate Director George Pallis of Berkadia Seattle Investment Sales completed the sale on behalf of the seller. The buyer was Washington-based DNXT LLC. The deal closed on January 11.
