LOUIS – January 26, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of The Avery, a 408-unit multifamily housing property in Farmington, Missouri. Senior Director Andrea Kendrick, Managing Director Ken Aston and Director Bobby Mills of Berkadia St. Louis Investment Sales completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Montana-based Braxton Development. The buyer was Minnesota-based Timberland Partners, and the deal closed on January 5.
“This property is the premier apartment community in all of St. Francis County Missouri and will be the market leader for many years,” said Aston.
The property affords residents convenient access to Parkland Health Center, Farmington Regional Airport and the shops and restaurants along Route 32.
