Berkadia Negotiates Seniors Housing Property Sale in Florence, Kentucky
FLORENCE, KENTUCKY – April 1, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of a 104-unit assisted living and memory care community in Florence, Kentucky. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The property, located approximately 10 miles southeast of Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, was purchased by a private equity group.
