San Antonio, Texas – June 25, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of a medical building: Methodist Hospital Northeast Plaza II, located in Live Oak, Texas, a growing northeast suburb of San Antonio. The second floor is occupied by Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio, Northeast Pulmonary Sleep Associates, Virtuosa GYN and Methodist Healthcare Alamo City Surgeons. The third floor features a 24,500 square foot Methodist cardiology clinic.
