Berkadia Completes $20.4 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in South Carolina
CHARLESTON, S.C. — January 5, 2022 — Berkadia announced today the $20.4 million sale of Mayfair Lofts, a 107-unit garden-style multifamily housing property located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Managing Director Mark Boyce and Director Blake Coffey of Berkadia Charleston Investment Sales completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Hudson Capital Investments, LLC. The buyer was Texas-based Napali Capital, and the deal closed on December 21.
Located at 100 W Cleveland St., Mayfair Lofts features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with 16- and 18-foot ceilings and walk-in closets. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, parking garages, a dog park and a picnic area with grilling stations.
