Berkadia Completes Over $26 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in South Carolina
CHARLESTON, S.C. — January 5, 2022 — Berkadia announced today the $26.56 million sale of Bradley Square, a 160-unit garden-style multifamily housing property located in North Charleston, South Carolina. Managing Director Mark Boyce and Director Blake Coffey of Berkadia Charleston Investment Sales completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Virginia-based Cohen Investment Group. The buyer was California-based Lincoln Avenue Capital, and the deal closed on December 30.
Located at 6600 Rivers Ave., Bradley Square features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with updated kitchens and large closets. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a dog park and a barbeque picnic area. The property affords residents convenient access to Charleston International Airport, Northwoods Mall, Interstate 26 and the shops and restaurants along Route 78.
