Oxford, FL– March 10, 2021 – Berkadia’s Seniors Housing and Healthcare Group completed the $15 million sale of a 126-unit assisted living and memory care community, The Willows of Wildwood, in Oxford, Florida. Tim Cobb, Investment Sales Lead of Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare Group, and Associate Director Brooks Minford completed the sale on behalf of the owner. The deal closed on February 17.

The community is poised to offer great value as the market for seniors housing continues to grow in the years to come, particularly in the region.”
The class A facility was built in 2015 and has 134 beds.
