Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare Arranges Sale in Williamsburg, Virginia

WILLIAMSBURG, VA – November 2, 2021 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Edgeworth Park at New Town, an 83-unit, 95-bed senior living community located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Managing Director Tim Cobb and Director Brooks Minford of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare completed the transaction on behalf of the seller, Virginia-based Robertson Liebler. The deal closed November 1.

Built in 2017, Edgeworth Park at New Town consists of a class-A Assisted Living and Memory Care and was sold to Connecticut-based Wheelock Street Capital. In partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, Solera Senior Living will serve as the new operator.
