MORRISTOWN, NJ – March 23, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the addition of a new investment sales team in Morristown, New Jersey, bringing on board Senior Managing Director Nat Gambuzza, Senior Directors Spencer Beriont and Trevor Fiebel, Director Tim Blashford, Senior Transaction Manager Brian Antognini and Senior Financial Analyst Mike O’Reilly. The team will establish a new investment sales office for the firm and will report to EVP, Co-Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner.
