Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis and Senior Directors David Sorensen and Ben Johnson of Berkadia’s Seattle office and Managing Director Kelly Witherspoon of Berkadia’s Austin, Texas office completed the sale on behalf of the seller, California-based Glen Una Management. The buyer was an undisclosed entity, and the deal closed on December 18, 2019.
