Managing Director Ralph DePasquale of Berkadia’s Chicago office completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Chicago-based Ansonia Properties LLC, as well as the buyer, Milwaukee-based Metropolitan Associates. The deal closed on December 18, 2020.
