DENVER — May 24, 2022 — Berkadia announced today the sale of and financing secured for The Preserve at Greenway Park, a 368-unit multifamily property located in Casper, Wyoming. Senior Directors Nick Steele and John Laratta and Directors Tyler King and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Colorado-based Berland Real Estate, Inc., and the buyer.

Berkadia also secured the financing for this deal.

Community amenities include two swimming pools, a fitness center, two clubhouses, a playground and a dog park. The property affords residents convenient access to Casper Country Club, Wyoming Medical Center and the shops and restaurants near Interstate 25.
