DENVER and SALT LAKE CITY – February 19, 2021 – Berkadia announced today the sale of and financing secured for Aspen Cove Townhomes, a 74-unit garden-style multifamily property in Salt Lake City, Utah. Managing Director Greg Barratt of Berkadia’s Salt Lake City office completed the sale on behalf of the buyer, an undisclosed entity. The seller was New York-based Tungsten Properties, and the deal closed on January 28.
Senior Director Kevin Batt of Berkadia’s Denver office secured the permanent acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
