ATLANTA — February 8, 2021 — Berkadia announced today the sale of Garden Walk, a 240-unit garden-style multifamily property in Atlanta, Georgia. Senior Managing Directors Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays, Senior Director Judy MacManus and Director Matt White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office completed the $22.875 sale on behalf of the seller, New Jersey-based The Walden Group, and the buyer, Canada-based Frankforter Group. The deal closed on January 27.
