ORLANDO, Fla. – April 29, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of The Lexington at Winter Park, a 228-unit multifamily property located in Winter Park, Florida. Senior Managing Director Cole Whitaker, Director Mary Beale, and Associate Director Lauren Gassie completed the $62.3 million sale on behalf of the seller, Massachusetts-based Aspen Square Management. The buyer was Texas-based Westmount Realty Capital, and the deal closed on April 21.
