Senior Managing Directors Mark Forrester and Ric Holway and Senior Director Dan Cheyne of Berkadia’s Phoenix office facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, California-based RK Properties. The buyer was CWS Capital Partners LLC, also based in California, and the deal closed on January 8.
Located at 29862 N Tatum Blvd, within the Tatum Ranch Master Planned Community, Azure Creek features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with nine-foot ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, wood-style flooring and built-in closets.
