ATLANTA, GA — June 30, 2021 — Berkadia announced today the $32.3 million sale of Tucker Square, a 276-unit garden-style multifamily property in Tucker, Georgia. Senior Director Judy MacManus, Senior Managing Directors Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays and Director Matt White of Berkadia Atlanta completed the sale on behalf of the seller, New York-based Read Property Group, LLC. The buyer was New Jersey-based LightWater Capital Investments, and the deal closed on June 18.
