Berkadia Completes $25.3 Million in Combined Sales for Two Multifamily Properties in LaGrange, Georgia

LAGRANGE, GA – December 8, 2020 – Berkadia announced today the $25.3 million in sales for Cameron Crossing and Laurel Crossing, totaling 264 garden-style units, in LaGrange, Georgia. Senior Managing Directors Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays, Senior Director Judy MacManus and Director Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office led the transaction on behalf of the seller, New Jersey-based The Walden Group. Cameron Crossing and Laurel Crossing sold to Texas-based Aim Next Realty. The deal closed on November 19.

The sales price reflects a per-unit price of $95,833. The property was 99 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

“These two assets in LaGrange were paired well together and offered Aim Next a great opportunity to take the assets to the next level,” said Vetter.

  • Cameron Crossing is located at 1600 Meadow Terrace and was built in 1987 and features 132 garden-style units.
  • Laurel Crossing is located at 1700 Park Place and was built in 1988 and features 132 Garden-style units.

Both properties afford convenient access to US-27 and are conveniently located near Great Wolf Lodge. They’re also close to Emory Healthcare and Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.
