Atlanta, GA– March 11, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of the future Origin Hotel Atlanta, a proposed 124-room hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Managing Director Kyle Stevenson and Senior Director John Testerman of Berkadia of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Atlanta-based Access Point Financial.

The purchaser plans to complete the renovation and open the hotel as the latest addition to the growing Origin Hotel brand. With boutique locations in Denver, Austin, Lexington and Raleigh, Origin is one of the fastest growing lifestyle brands in the Country.
Located at 166 Pryor St., the 1950s six-story office building is being redeveloped into a 124-room hotel, consisting of standard king-bed rooms, two queen-bed rooms and handicap accessible rooms and suites. After the completed renovation, the hotel will offer a restaurant, bar, and meeting and event space. The property is in Downtown Atlanta and highly accessible to public transit.
