HOUSTON (April 14, 2022) – Berkadia announces it has arranged the sale of Boardwalk Lofts, a 319-unit multifamily community in Katy, Texas. Managing Director Jeffrey Skipworth, Director Kyle Whitney, Managing Directors Joey Rippel and Chris Young and Senior Managing Directors Chris Curry and Todd Marix of Berkadia Houston represented the seller, an affiliate of Sueba USA Companies, a real estate development company based in Houston, Texas.
