D.C. Metro – June 13, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Director Yalda Ghamarian Howell who will join the investment sales team led by Senior Managing Directors Brian Crivella and Walter Coker as well as Director Bill Gribbin in the D.C. Metro office. Howell will report to EVP and Co-Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner.

Howell joins Berkadia from CBRE, where she served as Senior Vice President, focusing on the marketing, underwriting and execution of multifamily sales transactions in the D.C. Metro area. Prior to CBRE, Howell worked in property management, marketing and development verticals for Kettler.
Howell received her Bachelor of Science in Property Management and Housing from Virginia Tech and her Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
