BOSTON, MA – January 26, 2021 – Berkadia today announced the addition of Managing Director Denny Meikleham to its Hotels & Hospitality platform, based out of Boston, Massachusetts. Denny will report to Senior Managing Director, and Head of Hotels & Hospitality, Andrew Coleman.

Meikleham joins Berkadia from JLL where he served as a managing director. He was primarily responsible for institutional-grade hotel and resort investment sales, as well as hotel development sales. Prior to JLL, Meikleham worked at HFF as well as owned his own real estate brokerage firms, Pinnacle Realty Investments, which specialized in hotel sales and development opportunities.
