The Opportunity
The Insurance Analyst will perform various tasks within the insurance team and support additional projects as needed. The individual selected will manage insurance compliance reviews for shared services and/or private label portfolios and high-profile borrowers. While managing the flood determination process, force placed insurance and insurance claims as required. Offers support and guidance to insurance team in Hyderabad.
What someone will need to be successful in this role
- Minimum one year of experience working in a similar role – Commercial Real Estate, Business Insurance, Broker, Property or Mortgage experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams; as well as experience doing data entry within a tracking system.
- Previous experience or knowledge of contracts review and compliance, policy administration, review insurance policies for compliance or other related responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Very strong communication skills with customer service focus.
Responsibilities
- Manages insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance as required.
- Interacts with Insurance Analysts in Hyderabad, India to handle complex commercial insurance issues.
- Work with agents, borrowers, and internal staff to review lender requirements and to resolve non-complaint issues in the commercial insurance presented.
- Demonstrated history supporting insurance agents, borrowers, client relations and investors with strong written and verbal skills.
- Communicate all options to reach insurance compliance with the lender’s requirements.
- Provides support to Insurance Analysts in Hyderabad and Ambler as needed with daily activities and consultations.
- Recordkeeping and adherence to required timelines.
- Contribute to a Consultative team of experienced insurance professionals, our Borrower Contact Team.
